The staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting us in planning an lovely volcano hike and a good cooking class .

We would have appreciated more detailed information about the hotel amenities, such as the bar options, as it seemed under-promoted .

The service was terrific in my opinion.

Large room with board games and a ceiling fan, for example. The breakfast was great and the location was absolutely perfect.

I appreciated the clean, comfortable room with AC, and the good courtyard where I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with eggs and fresh fruit.

The location is ideal, tucked away from the chaos but still a comfortable walk to the town square and Main Street. The rooms offer clean accommodations with good air conditioning and a pool perfect for cooling off after a long day of exploring.

The room might feel a bit cramped, and parking is secured nearby but outside, which can be a hassle. The outdoor bar options could use more visibility, as it seemed a bit tucked away and under-publicized .

Got perfect, big room with a large bed.

The place was wonderful and gorgeous and the staff were top-class, the location was favourable super close to the central square. Appreciated the way our well-appointed room with a large bed was arranged. Location: the hotel was really close to the police station, the old town of Granada and at great prices.

great stay but minor issues

The hotel impressed with its fine communal areas that felt luxurious for Nicaragua. Staff provided really good service, arranged activities at better prices than we found online. The enormous bed in our room made for a comfortable sleep every night. The garden view was a good backdrop during our meals.

The bar options seemed overlooked, as we would have liked more information about what was available.

It was just a decent option for an overnight stop in Granada with all in all great value for money. The AC worked great, a lifesaver after walking around the city all day. Bring flip-flops for the pool area to keep your feet cool!

Friendly bartender made great drink suggestions. Wi-Fi was spotty .

The two adjoined rooms offered ample space for a family with young children, and the immaculate grounds provided a perfect retreat after sightseeing. Breakfast featured an excellent array of options, including organic chicken and fresh fruit, all enjoyed in the serene courtyard. Parking was problematic, and the pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance during part of our stay. There were also several smokers near the common areas, which detracted from our enjoyment.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and cozy. The staff showcased excellent hospitality. Don't miss the good breakfast options. Make sure to explore the nearby attractions, as everything is conveniently walkable!
